Our organization prioritizes employee health and safety, fair labor practices, and diversity, equality, and inclusion to foster a safe, ethical, and inclusive workplace environment.
We facilitate regular discussions, such as the Management & Members Forum, to clarify company regulations and policies for mutual prosperity between labor and management. Additionally, we develop human resource measures aligned with management strategy to support career growth and education, ensuring our preparedness for potential disasters and fostering a work environment where employees feel safe and secure.

We uphold fair competition, comply with relevant laws, including the Civil Code and the Philippine Competition Act, and maintain robust information security measures.
Employees are required to avoid conflicts of interest, refrain from fraudulent activities such as money laundering, and disciplinary action will be taken for policy violations to ensure responsibility and accountability across the organization.

Our company prioritizes sustainability in its supply chain by selecting suppliers with environmental policies and verifying alignment with our goals. We uphold fair labor practices and human rights standards, excluding non-compliant companies from transactions to maintain integrity.
Additionally, we strictly adhere to anti-fixing and anti-red tape laws, promote fair competition, and enforce a zero-tolerance policy for violations, supported by comprehensive employee training and continuous improvement efforts.
